Product Executive - ORM PRO

Job Description
As Product Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Product and be part of a small team within a larger digital services agency. Your responsibilities can be divided into four main areas: (i) general product development; (ii) product/feature roll-outs; (iii) day-to-day administration; and (iv) customer service and support.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
(i) Assisting the Head of Product with general product development:
- planning
- budgeting
- research

(ii) New product or feature roll-outs:
- assisting with requirement specifications
- writing test scripts
- testing features and co-ordinating test users
- co-ordinating development activities
- preparing sales materials
- preparing other public communications through email, website & social media


(iii) Day-to-day administration
- fielding sales enquiries
- tracking sales and usage
- updating social media and website
- co-ordinating shipments and on-site activities

(iv) Customer service and support
- Resolve or escalate customer issues
- Documenting and progressing customer requests
- Customer training

Essential Requirements
Unerring attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Passion for providing the best possible product and service
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and assess priorities
Troubleshooting tasks and knowing when to escalate issues
Demonstrate high level of digital literacy
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written
Minimum two years experience in a similar role at a digital agency or online/mobile company

Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
Ability to use own initiative
First class communication skills
Energetic and passionate about the industry
Possess an entrepreneurial streak
