ORM would be nothing without our talented team of people. Our creative, technical and project management teams have many years experience delivering creative integrated design, digital applications and full enterprise level technology solutions for large organisations.
We are independant and owner managed and one of the partners will always be involved with your daily business.
Peter Gough, founding partner and creative director
Peter has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. Before founding ORM in 1999, he partnered in a number of design and print groups, but his passion for new technologies inspired him to set up a business that specialised in design tailored for digital.
Peter's role as Creative Director ensures the highest standards of design and usability are achieved on every project.
“When ORM was founded, technology we now take for granted didn't exist or weren't mainstream – as designers we have to learn and understand this new technology and how people use it. That's what makes what we do so fascinating.
We love ideas that have impact. As designers it's crucial that we connect with the user journey through an application and understand how they interact and engage with it, and we strive to make sure we produce the most creative and functional products that go beyond our clients objectives and expectations.”
Derek Kenneally, partner and planning director
Derek joined ORM in 2005, after heading up the marketing team responsible for consumer products at Ernst & Young where he worked with clients such as Tesco, Asda, Diageo, Hilton Hotel Group, BA and SAB Miller.
Prior to this, Derek worked on the client side for a number of organisations where he developed his strategic marketing capabilities and worked across a number of disciplines: brand management, event management, digital marketing, strategic planning and PR.
Derek now works with ORM's clients such as Sennheiser, Channel 4, Monitise, Universal Music and Discovery Channel. He specialises in providing strategic direction and insight for all the work carried out by the agency, ensuring the best results are always obtained and targets met.
Keith Nation, partner and technical director
Keith joined ORM in 2009, after leading the design and build of the Oyster Online website with Deloitte for Transport for London.
Keith has worked on Oyster since its creation in 2003, leading its development and playing a major role in its re-architecture programme. He has proposed, designed and developed the concept of many of the key functions of Oyster, such as Pay-As-You-Go, online payment processing and Barclaycard OnePulse.
Prior to this, Keith worked for Roundarch as a technical business consultant on a variety of large-scale joint Deloitte Consulting/Roundarch projects, where he focussed on a mixture of pure consultancy and hands-on technical development.
Keith also has a broad experience of delivering many successful projects to companies such as BT, Axon, Vodafone, Npower and DHL. In addition to his broad technical skills, he also has strong project management, business and consulting abilities.
