The Big Ambition

20th May 2009

We have been appointed by e-skills UK to work on an acquisition strategy to recruit 14 – 19 year olds for their BigAmbition website.

e-skills UK is a not-for-profit , employer-led organisation, licensed by government as the Sector Skills Council for Business and Information Technology. It brings together employers, educators and Government to address together the technology-related skills issues no one party can solve on its own.

It’s mission is to ensure the UK has the skills for Digital Britain, to secure Britain's place at the forefront of the global digital economy.

As part of their remit they are looking at ways to engage and inform 14 – 19 year olds how they can get involved with the world of technology, assess their education options and look at developing careers within the industry.

In order to engage with this target audience they have developed a website, bigambition.co.uk with exciting case studies, interactive tools and advice to help teenagers carve out a future in the tech world.

e-skills UK came to us with the challenge of increasing the amount of registered users they currently have for the website.

We are now in the planning stage and will post again when the initial campaign goes live.
